Application cookies and infrastructure

The app does not set advertising, analytics or login cookies. Render and its network infrastructure may process requests or apply operational technologies separately; this page does not certify infrastructure settings that have not been inspected. Local storage and IndexedDB are storage technologies too, even though they are not HTTP cookies.

Necessary storage

• A minimal privacy-choice record remembers what you selected.
• Older versions may have left a per-tab service declaration. No new declarations are recorded; the deletion control also clears the legacy record.
• Accepted received-file bytes support a transfer you requested. Verified progress stays in memory; older versions may have left checkpoint metadata, which the deletion control can remove. Browser files may remain until removed.
• The service worker registers the app but does not cache transfer pages, messages or files.

Optional storage—off by default

• Remembered theme: saves light or dark mode between visits only if enabled.
• Saved transfer history: records file names, sizes, direction, status and times only if enabled.

There are no advertising or analytics switches because no such SDKs are included. Theme changes still work for the current page and transfers still work if you choose Essential only.

Change or withdraw

Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any page to change choices at any time. Essential only and Save choices have equal prominence, and optional choices are not preselected for a new visitor. Withdrawing stops optional future storage; it does not erase previously received files. Use Data deletion for that.

How long it lasts

Preferences and opted-in history remain in this browser until you change or clear them. Any legacy session declaration lasts for the browser tab’s session or until local data is deleted. Browser files remain until removed or evicted. You can also clear site data in browser settings. Read the full Privacy policy.
