Operator details

Dropvilo is a personal project operated by Lasin. It is not presented as a registered business, and does not collect payments or run a newsletter.

Email Lasin

For support or feedback, email lasin90746@gmail.com. Include only your browser, device and what went wrong. Choosing to send an email shares your address and message with the operator and email providers. Do not send private files, identity documents, passwords or payment credentials.

For privacy requests, use Data deletion. There is no marketing mailing list to unsubscribe from. To stop optional support follow-ups, reply asking them to stop or email Stop optional email.

Having trouble connecting?

Open Dropvilo on both devices, enter the current six-character device ID and approve the request on the other device. Check that both devices can reach the internet.

A transfer paused?

Unlock both devices and return to their open Dropvilo tabs. Reconnect to the original device if needed, then resume. If either page was closed, start a new transfer and select the file again.

Where is my downloaded file?

Use Download after a received transfer is complete, then check your browser’s download list. Transfer history is stored only in that browser profile.
